Our Team
PASTOR MARTY HILL, FOUNDER
Pastor Marty has over 20 years of experience in working with the homeless, mentally ill, and chemically addicted in areas of support, advocacy, and counseling as both a clinical case manager and pastor. He had his first exposure to managing a center servicing Dallas’ inner city homeless with these challenges at the Austin Street Shelter, founded by Executive Director Emeritus, Father Jerry Hill.
Marty has a Master of Divinity (2010) and served as leader/facilitator for both “Celebrate Recovery” and “Overcomers” programs. He has been a case manager for Dallas MHMR, and in addition, he was a security/caseworker for Austin Street Shelter, Dallas. His experience, skills, and passion for indigent people foster his conviction to lead Soul Flight Ministries.
